Participation

The paradox of Art: there is no audience (in ‘Festival’)

Creality tenderly grows an audience by cultivating familiarity with and confidence in the ‘creative experience’. Our audiences become participants, collaborators – a sense of security promoted in knowing one’s own subjective experience cannot be ‘wrong’, but that there are as many subjective experiences as there are moments and people.

The level of participation is up to the person attending our events, from immersing oneself in a concert, helping prep gear for a community arts workshop, making festooning, dancing with abandon or helping us pack up... festivals need people like you to make them happen.

Free workshops at all festivals include circus, hula hooping, poi, staff, drumming, festival costume making, family acro-balance, yoga and cultural walking tours.

Paid workshops available between and at festivals include -landscape painting at the Kennedy Range and Mt Augustus, seascape painting in Coral Bay, landscape photography, event photography, camp cooking at Gascoyne Junction and Mt Augustus, yoga, cultural tag-along tours, plantation cooking in Carnarvon, hula hoop for vitality, bush craft and more!
